Kathy Dawson

If there is one key attribute that Kathy strongly exudes, it’s dedication; to her clients, her family, her values, and to her ongoing success as a real estate agent.

Since she partnered with Rick and Fred Lobb at their brokerage in 2008, Kathy has recognized the support, resources, and extremely valuable people in the Royal LePage company, and within the local community. Therefore, when she’s off the clock, Kathy continues to go above and beyond with her community support and resourcefulness by raising awareness and participating in many fundraising events, including: both the Shelter Foundation’s Machu Picchu trek and Iceland trek, and raising over sixteen thousand dollars for the Huron Women’s Shelter and Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. 

Kathy is, and always will be, someone for the people. She loves to get to know each of her clients and uses her specialization in selling homes, cottages and commercial property in Goderich and Huron County to bring the best quality service and experience to each individual that she has the privilege to work with.
